Over a harmless gif

The kick is justified because you are posting gore/violence against harmless and defenseless animals. Your treatment is also consistent with another chatter who had posted the same inappropriate gif that resulted in a kick. You should have waited 30 minutes before re-entering the chat room. However, you bypassed the kick by using your alternative account (Other Mint). Then you get your strike 2. You didn't wait for the kick for Other Mint to expire and re-enter the chat room under your vip account. This is again bypassing kick which ended you in strike 3.

The rule says, "KC-12 Do not post any graphic (Real) images of Death, Gore, Scat, Golden Showers et.al."

That gif shows gore against animals and I can rely on that rule to kick you. Since you have reached strike 3, our administrator will decide whether to ban you.
