Removal of gifs?

I've seen there are many users who post gifs or stickers of inappropriate things, many users do, and when the room gangs up on the person to stop, they continue to do it. I've seen various pre-teens here who get fairly freaked out by the gifs.

It's only a suggestion, but I find it to be really annoying and disturbing when someone spams gifs of a womans chest, it IS a kids chat, after all.

Filtering the gifs or finding a family friendly gif API would be considered more of a better solution. "GoRougeEdu" would be a good solution.
