My IS Friend Banned?

I want to know why my friend Rosey Is banned i was trying to chat with her and i can't find out the reason it would be nice to unban her cause i think she was trying to get VIP and i still want to chat with her anyways thank you for helping i guess i don't have an image bc i don't know what she was banned for

The user was banned for promoting rival websites. The website they've promoted is hardly known for unmoderated atmosphere, It's an illegal cloud server type access method for pedos and such. Any illegal actions on our website is a direct ban offense.
